Our process

We design each stage so that the organization builds capabilities, gains autonomy, and can sustain solutions over time.

Step01

Understanding the organization

We work with key stakeholders across each area to understand operations, identify real points of friction, and uncover opportunities for improvement.

2–4 weeks Workshops Assessment
Step02

Defining the Roadmap

We prioritize initiatives based on impact, effort, and feasibility. The result is a clear roadmap to guide decisions and execution.

3–6 weeks Prioritization Action plan
Step03

Delivering early results

We start with high-value, fast-to-execute initiatives to validate the approach, build confidence, and generate internal momentum.

2–6 months Quick wins Co-creation
Step04

Scaling through new projects

Based on the first results, we define broader initiatives aligned with the organization's goals.

Scalability Planning Implementation
Step05

Transferring capabilities

We document, train, and support adoption so the organization can operate, sustain, and evolve solutions with autonomy.

Frequently asked questions

We were born from the cooperative movement and it's still our center — but we also work with regional SMEs, public agencies, and social organizations that share the same logic: building internal capacity rather than depending on a vendor.

It depends on the scope. Discovery and the Roadmap are a bounded engagement (4–8 weeks) with fixed pricing. Larger projects are usually funded with public programs — ANII, IDB, sectoral funds — and our role there includes preparing and defending the proposal.

We leave documentation, training, and a person able to maintain the system inside the organization. We don't intervene to stay — we intervene so the system runs without us.

We're a distributed cooperative from the Uruguayan interior. We travel for the key moments and work hybrid the rest of the time. The interior first — not as an exception, as a strategic choice.
