Frequently asked questions
We grew out of the cooperative movement, and it's still at our core. But we also work with small and mid-sized businesses, public agencies, and social organizations that share the same mindset: building internal capacity rather than depending on a vendor.
It depends on the scope. Discovery and the Roadmap are a fixed-scope engagement (4–8 weeks) at a fixed price. Larger projects are scoped and priced individually, based on the Roadmap.
We leave behind documentation, training, and someone inside the organization who can maintain the system. We don't step in to stay — we step in so the system runs without us.
We're a distributed team based in Uruguay (UTC−3), so our working hours overlap with US business hours. We travel for key moments and work remotely the rest of the time.
